The rest don’t belong in your home

Hold on to things that make you learn
Make you grow, make you yearn
The rest don’t belong.
Hold on to things that make your life
Not the ones that ruin it
Or make it sad
Hold on tight
And tighter
To things
And people
That will make you smile
When you think
About them
10 years from now
The rest
Just don’t matter.
